BOOKING

To secure your appointment, a $30 deposit is required. This deposit will come off of your service cost day of your appointment when the remaining balance is due.

Please make sure you fill out the forms on GlossGenius prior to your appointment and sign the liability waivers.

If you have booked a facial, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for changing into a facial robe/use the restroom.

CANCELLATION

 Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we truly appreciate your commitment to our services. If you find yourself needing to adjust your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to accommodate changes.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, and you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be applied. We completely understand life's unexpected turns and encourage you to consider rescheduling so we can continue providing you with the amazing service you deserve! If you choose to reschedule, the 25% will be applied to your FIRST rescheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL // NO SHOWS

If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited.

No shows will result in a 50% fee of the service booked.

  • Which is the best way to get in touch with you?

You may also email me directly: hello@skinsanctuaryco.com I do my best to respond to Instagram messages & emails ASAP, but please allow a 24-48 turnaround time for all messages/emails.
  • Which product line do you use in your services?
    Circadia! "Circadia professional skincare is based on the skin and body’s natural circadian rhythms. Chronobiology, the science of defending skin from environmental damage during the day, and stimulating internal repair mechanisms during sleep, is at the core of our concept."
  • How do I know which facial is best for me?
    Every facial is tailored to fit your needs specifically. If you're having trouble deciding which one is best for you, book a free virtual consultation so we can hop on a call and I can steer you in the right direction!
  • How should I prepare for my facial?
    Kindly refrain from skin picking, at-home dermaplaning, tanning bed sessions, sunburns, and the use of retinol one week before your appointment. Maintain a gap of 3 weeks between Botox/filler treatments and your facial, and 4 weeks between laser treatments and your facial. While arriving makeup-free is preferred, don't stress about cleansing your skin beforehand. Additionally, consider completing your workout for the day before your facial.
  • Do I need to do anything after my facial?
    It’s best to let your skin breathe and avoid makeup or sweat for 24 hours afterwards and follow aftercare directions.
  • Can I receive a facial while pregnant?
    Yes! We actually highly recommend it. It's a great place to be if you're struggling with hormonal acne, redness, stress, and muscle tension.
  • How often should I be getting facials?
    We suggest scheduling sessions every 4-6 weeks. Having regular facials offers a multitude of benefits, encompassing not just skin health but also providing relief from stress and anxiety, inducing relaxation in the parasympathetic nervous system, fostering a deeper connection with your body and self, promoting soul healing, and delivering an energetic reset.
  • Do you offer consultations?
    Absolutely! Schedule a "virtual consultation" at no cost – it's an ideal opportunity, especially for those who have not yet experienced services from an Esthetician, had a facial, or received any aesthetic treatments. So excited to chat with you!
  • What is the best way to pay for services?
    Cash is always much appreciated! I also accept credit/debit cards or Venmo/Zelle.
